Photography Project 365, Week 12

This year I'm attempting Project 365, a photo a day 365 days of the year. You can follow my daily posts on Instagram or here on the blog every Saturday...

18/03

I made Easter Biscuits, except I left out the sultanas and mixed spice and put in vanilla and chocolate drops instead so, not really Easter Biscuits at all.

19/03

The Boy is rapidly becoming a big a car racing fan as his daddy (I wonder how that happened. Not) has started building his own crowds to sit alongside the Scalextric track. Next, he'll be wanting a soundtrack of a roaring crowd *sigh*

20/03

Monday in Wakefield in glorious sunshine, this is looking up The Springs towards the Cathedral.

21/03

Tuesday in Leeds and even more sunshine.

22/03

The Boy's train layout is a work in progress and subject to continual change. I'm just waiting for the day when he decides he can add the Scalextric to it too :/

23/03

The Boy and his friend's demonstration of the dance steps to 'Can't Stop The Feeling' on the way home from school because the school run is so much better if you can dance your way home.

24/03

Spotted from the bus; Cluntergate, a perfectly harmless street in Horbury but with a roadsign that's just looking to be messed with. And is, regularly.

  1. Gorgeous photo of your boy! Can't Stop the Feeling was in my daughter's panto, so it has a special place in our hearts! Love his tracks and his crowd too. Got to love a bit of comedy graffiti. There's a place name near us starting with 'Uck'. No prizes for guessing how that is regularly adapted :)

  2. Love the dancing boys, and definitely the best way to walk anywhere. I think my little boy would love the train track and lego people stand! #365

  3. That road sign is asking for trouble! Love the Lego crowd reminds of the sort of thing my boy used to do.

  4. Sounds like our boys would get on well. I currently have our Lego Ferrari F1 car surrounded by 'pit crew'. He's got his Hornby in the garage, and he disappears in there for hours with his Dad, modifying things #365

  5. I like the sound of Easter biscuits, in fact I think every season should have a biscuit.

  6. Haha I love place names which can be messed with. :) The race car crowd looks great, I can imagine how perfect it would be with "crowd sound" too! I love seeing buildings like Cathedral's poking high above other buildings. (Sorry I'm a week behind my #project365 commenting)
